Name your garage
Choose the timezone, currency, and distance units that fit your collection. Your garage is private from the beginning.

Add the first car
Start with a display name, year, make, and model. Add identifiers, specifications, purchase details, mileage, and a cover photograph now or later.

Build the living dossier
Record services, repairs, drives, shows, accidents, transport, stories, people, photographs, short videos, and documents in their proper context. Review upgrades in a separate structured modification ledger, and keep evergreen procedures, setup baselines, specifications, and codes in the vehicle Notebook.

Let the Inbox read it first
When the AI Inbox is switched on, drop a receipt, title, or business card, type a note to self, or forward an email to your garage’s upload address. The AI reads it and prepares records for one approval. Your garage Owner can enable automatic filing for clear history on known vehicles; uncertain matches and sensitive changes still wait for review. Raw email is kept for three days. Evidence linked to added records stays private in your garage.

Keep shelf stock connected
Use three simple actions—Add stock, Use item, and Adjust stock—to keep private parts and supplies current. Add upcoming needs to a private shopping list, then choose an individual search link for Summit Racing, Amazon.com, or a parts website your garage added. Only your explicit search terms enter that link when you click it.

Track what needs attention
Turn recommendations and loose thoughts into issues, tasks, or research questions with priority, due dates, notes, and a recorded outcome.

Share by garage or vehicle
Invite someone as View Only or Full Editor for the whole garage or selected vehicles. They see the complete record in scope, so there are no separate visibility settings to maintain for each note, cost, contact, or file.

Keep every ownership chapter
When a car leaves, mark it Former. Its complete vehicle history remains searchable and can be included with original files in an export package unless you permanently delete the vehicle.
