Maintenance and upgrades
Record dates, mileage, providers, labor, parts, costs, warranty details, invoices, work photographs, and recommendations.

What lives in the vault
DTM Vault connects the practical work of ownership with its people, proof, unresolved questions, and memorable moments.
One connected record
Each feature adds context to the same durable history. You do not need a separate system for maintenance, another for documents, and your memory for everything else.
Record dates, mileage, providers, labor, parts, costs, warranty details, invoices, work photographs, and recommendations.
Keep categorized, searchable Markdown notes for torque specifications, track setups, procedures, fitment details, codes, and other references. Pin essentials, attach source files, copy exact values, and retain every revision.
Keep drives, shows, track days, accidents, transport, storage, inspections, modifications, awards, and general stories distinct from service work.
Track the things that need attention through resolution, including priority, due date, assignee, notes, and the work that resolved them.
Turn active work for one vehicle or shop into a retained, numbered PDF with owner and vehicle details, updates, photographs, documents, and deliberate delivery controls.
Remember the mechanics, shops, suppliers, sellers, buyers, appraisers, insurers, transporters, and prior owners connected to each car.
Attach original photographs, short videos, receipts, invoices, titles, specifications, and other files to the vehicle or record they support. Videos stay private and preserve the original alongside browser-ready playback.
Know what’s on the shelf—and where it went. Record private stock and purchases, connect material to vehicle work, keep a private shopping list, and open a search at Summit Racing, Amazon.com, or the parts websites your garage chooses.
Drop an invoice, a title, a business card, or a note to self—or forward an email to your garage’s upload address—and the Inbox proposes the records it finds. Review the prepared records with one approval, or let your garage Owner enable automatic filing for clear history on known vehicles. Uncertain details always wait for review. The Inbox is optional and off until enabled for your platform.
View purchase and sale milestones, services, stories, and due work as one coherent chronology without duplicating the underlying records.
Find vehicles, identifiers, current Notebook notes, service text, stories, open work, contacts, filenames, and captions from one search box.
Keep sold-vehicle history and create an export package for one car or the entire garage with structured records and original files.
Keep upgrades separate from routine maintenance, including state, installation method, item costs, URLs, and private supporting photographs.
Review Work Orders, recorded costs, purchase and sale results, and activity by category or service provider in focused reports. Original currencies stay separate and garage data stays private.

Simple, scoped collaboration
Invite family, trusted friends, and service providers to the whole garage or selected vehicles. Choose View Only or Full Editor; they see the complete record inside that scope and nothing from unrelated vehicles.
Actions remain attributed, and access can be revoked. There are no separate visibility switches to maintain for costs, notes, contacts, or files—access follows the garage or vehicle itself.
Begin your record
Start small, then add services, stories, people, and files whenever they matter.
